Days 51-60
Day 51
I got some decent shots, nothing I'm too crazy about though. For the next bit i'll to focus on interesting uses of depth in photographs, as opposed to the relatively flat style I use most of the time and tend to default to.

Day 52

I tried messing around with adding more depth which worked fairly well, most of the time it ended up just being placing something close up in the foreground and then focusing on something in the distance. I'll keep doing this one for a bit and try to find some more interesting ways of adding depth.
Day 53
It was rainy out, so I went with the point and shoot and wasn't expecting to get much, but I'm actually pretty happy with how it was managing to capture depth in a interesting way. It was mostly using framing, usually with plants, with a focus on something in the middle, which honestly might just be the secret to getting depth I'm looking for

Day 54

I went back to my M43 camera to shoot some depth and definitely got better results than the first time I went out. There's definitely some room left for interesting uses for depth, so I'll be doing this again tomorrow.
Day 55
Definitely happy with how these are turning out, I'm getting some angles that I wouldn't have normally taken by focusing on the depth. I'm also liking taking the photos from a slightly off angle, so tomorrow I'll be trying from more interesting angles and seeing how that works out.

Day 56

I'm really liking how these photos are coming out, especially the ones that are low to the ground. It really helps make them look super dramatic, and it enhances the sense of depth to it. Because so many photos are just head one and properly straightened, when it's tilted like this I feel like it really captures your attention. I'll be doing this again, and might try to add it some slow shutter speed shots as well.
Day 57
This is probably the most diverse day I've had with the best results. There's a variety of different styles, and I think I'm getting good at figuring out which visual effects fit each scene the best in order to get the effect I'm going for. I think I'm still going to have a focus on the slanted angle for a bit though

Day 58

I'm relatively happy with how today turned out, but I feel like I'm not learning as much by just heading out and shooting whatever. I've always been using colour, so I think for a bit I'll try shooting in black and white, to see what results from that.
Day 59
B&W photography is so interesting cause it's so fundamentally different from regular colour photography. It's an entirely different mindset you need to put yourself in. Shots that normally I would be drawn to don't come out well at all, and stuff I would pass by is now something that makes a super interesting and dynamic shot. There's definitely a lot more here, I feel like it's a whole other genre that I know nothing about.

Day 60

I'm starting to get more used to it, but there's still a lot more work to do in the world of b&w. I feel like I'm just taking photos of whatever and seeing what works and what doesn't. When I go out, it's still a process of learning to see in shades. But there's still progress being made, so I'm happy with it.
